Is there any way to know that I've got the recent comment on any of my posts? It would be nice if I can or anyone can know it instantly in the side menu. That way I won't miss it if it is in my previous posts. I've checked it on "Help" but according to the explanation, I have to change my template to classic one. I don't want to do it though. If someone has a good answer, will you tell me?

If I’m correctly, than you can change this in your profile, choose comment, and check the line, notifies, ‘get an email’ so you will always get an email if someone’s leafs an comment. Doesn’t mater what date or previous log. Good luck. Jeany

Yes, I think Jeany is right - in your profile set it so that you get an email whenever you get a comment. I have it set so it sends me the email so I can moderate my comments more timely from my iPhone.

It has something to do with rss feed...
basically, just go to your layout setting, page elements, then choose add gadget - feed, then insert the feed address of your comment page... since mine is
http://littletiara.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default, I think yours should be
http://mummekkan.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default
just copy and paste it on the feed address thingy, I hope it works :D
Thank you so much for taking time to answer my question. Now I really understand as far as I follow the layoout features, "recent comments" in the sidebar is not possible to my regret. It says as follows:

But I just followed Tiara's instruction and here you see the result. Thank you, Tiara. Somehow I was able to make quasi-"recent comments" up to 5. I'm satisfied with this for the moment. As for "get an e-mail", I had already done this before. So I was quite demanding on this subject. It's like a computer freak! Thank every one of you for your each remark on this subject.
